The guest suite boasts a very large king-sized bedroom with French doors that open onto the pool deck and outdoor kitchen/lounge area. The kitchenette is located in a wine cellar and contains a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee corner for your convenience. A comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed is located in the living area. The theater area contains six leather reclining chairs to enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows on Netflix or Disney+. The guest suite also contains a dining nook with a table and four chairs.
• No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Quiet time between 11pm and 7am • Guests understand that outdoor space (pool, outdoor kitchen, and patio) is shared space • Guests must have ID verified • Sorry, unable to accommodate pets due to pets on the property • No parties or events • Guests understand that there are no laundry facilities at the guest suite • Guests understand that the guest suite is a basement walkout and guests may hear noise at times from the host family above during non-quiet time hours. • Guests understand that there is no stove/oven in the guest suite. Outdoor BBQ, toaster oven, and double convection cooktop only. • Guests understand that there is a security camera monitoring the outdoor (common) pool area and parking area/garage entrance. No private space is monitored. • No unregistered guests on the property • Guests understand that any violation of house rules may lead to cancellation of reservation and/or removal from the property.
